here 置於句首是句子倒裝,be 的決定權在其主語,如：Here we are.(我們到了.） Here you are(給你) Here's the change.(這是找補你的錢）如果主語是由幾個並列的名詞來充當,here 與 there be句型一樣,由靠近它的那個名詞的數來決定,從這一點看有就近原則.如：Here is a table and two chairs.（這時一張桌子和兩把椅子）
There is a book and two pens. There are two pens and a book。
here is an apple and two bananas.
here are two bananas and an apple
here,there開頭的句子后面要用倒裝。 e.g. Here comes the bus!
Here is cheque.cheque就是主語,is 謂語 ,here 副詞,作表語
here be也是倒裝句一般有兩種情況：
1.當主語是名詞時用完全倒裝,這種用法和there be 一樣,be的形式取決於后面的名詞.
Here is the key.給你鑰匙.
Here are some flowers for you .送你一些鮮花.
Here is the money.給你錢.
2.當主語是代詞時用部分倒裝.
Here you are.
3.here與 come也可以類似用法
Here comes a bus.
Here he comes.他來了.
