surface 其實是UEFI與BIOS並存，借用官網的進入方法（少有更改）
第一種：
1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. 從右向左滑動屏幕，選擇設定（齒輪）
2. Tap or click Change PC Settings. 點擊改變PC設置
3. Tap or click Update and recover on the left side of the screen. 選擇升級或者重置（PS：我用的是英文版…所以不太確定中文版是怎么翻譯的，有建議的同學可以留言給我）
4. Scroll down to Advanced Startup on the right side of the screen and tap Restart now. 在右邊區域找到高級啟動，點擊現在重啟。
5. At the Choose an option screen: 選擇一個設置項
第二種：
1. Hold the volume up button. 按住音量加鍵（長按不松）
2. Press and release the power button 按住電源鍵
3. When the surface logo appears, release the volume up button. 當出現surface標志的時候松開音量鍵
4. The Surface firmware settings menu appears. surface固件設置菜單會出現
個人認為UEFI比較簡單明了，小白也是可以搞定，我有一種未來所有電腦都會換用UEFI的感覺。但是我感覺win 8 以后用到bios的機會已經接近零了，重裝，恢復系統，它自己就可以全部搞定……少了把妹的機會……
