java實現ftp文件的上傳與下載

最近在做ftp文件的上傳與下載，基於此，整理了一下資料。本來想采用java自帶的方法，可是看了一下jdk1.6與1.7的實現方法有點區別，於是采用了Apache下的框架實現的。。。

1.首先引用3個包
