YUI css reset

以前寫CSS都會在會在樣式的開頭部分添加上述的內容，今天才發現這種寫法很不友好，會導致很多樣式顯示問題，所以並不適合所有的瀏覽器。

下面的是雅虎的css reset，已經發展到3.5版本了。
