大家來找茬-SpringMVC中Tomcat正常啟動，始終訪問不了Controller,出404錯

創建了一個空的SpringMVC項目，Tomcat可以正常啟動，但是運行的時候，始終進不了Controller，並且報404錯誤。絕大多數是因為掃描包沒配置好

eg:
