注釋掉以下地方

開啟httpd-vhosts.conf配置，取消Include前面的注釋

根據實際需要依次配置
關於目錄權限
chown -R www-data:www-data /a
chmod -R 755 /a
重啟apache使配置生效
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
