其實解決這個問題就是要保證整個數據插入過程中字符編碼要一致。要有三個方面注意的，
第一個是msyl數據庫，就是保證mysql的數據庫以及表都要保證編碼是一致的比如都是UTF-8，
第二個是，eclipse這邊也要保證項目，工作空間和java文件的編碼格式也是UTF-8，
第三個是，就是配置文件里面jdbc的url的（jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatis?characterEncoding=utf8）后面也要設置編碼characterEncoding=utf8（這個問題以前沒遇到，這次出現亂碼最后才發現是他的緣故）
對於大家都說要改什么my.ini的配置文件，這個我沒有去修改，用的是Mysql的默認文本,如下圖所示
