上周從一個朋友那里了解到長沙一家德國外企Bosch在招人，看了下只有MES工程師是對編程經驗有要求的，抱着試一試的態度，就投了簡歷。
沒想到對方周一就給我回電話，希望我好好准備一下英語面試，過段時間去面試。留給我的時間不多，我得趕快冷靜下來想想。
為什么要選擇這份工作？雖然跟我現在所學的並不完全相關，但考慮到博世是一家大型德企，對員工的培養自然不必說，不必愁未來出來找不到工作。進去后需要常用英語交流和寫作，對自身成長也不錯。恰恰自己近半年來都在熟悉Oracle，也能幫助我更快地適應這份工作。加上我自己比較喜歡做研發探索，對事物有好奇心，比起現在的這份工作來要有前景許多。唯一的不足就是需要經常出差，剛進去的第一年也要去蘇州培訓。這個面試的時候需要特別的問下。 畢竟 大型外企+專業相關 > 小型私企+專業對口 。
既然決定要去，就要好好准備。也在禱告，希望這份工作是合適我的。經過網上的搜索，我把可能問到的問題貼出來，有需要的朋友可以參考。
1. Tell me a little about yourself.
思路：先做個簡短的自我介紹，大方說出自己的優點(聰明、靈活、善於溝通、長得帥……)，也不要避諱自己不擅長的(人群熱烈討論時有一些不適應、不是特別能打開話匣子)。注意語速平緩，要有眼神交流，不要只是在背書，因為別人未必在乎你講得多好，而是要讓他覺得舒服。要淡定，所以最好能提前找個人預演一下。
如果別人不繼續往下追問，可以適當聊聊自己的優點。
回答：Ok, this year I was graduated from Hunan University where I majored in software programming with a Bachelor degree.After graduated, I was learning Oracle SQL and how to optimiza the query speed.I learned java as well. When I work, I want to work hard. And outside of work, I like to engage in my personal activities such as running or frisbee. I’ve always liked being balanced
2. What are your strengths?
思路：簡要回答一兩點，能主動、能全神貫注地工作。遇到解決不了的問題主動上報。學習能力強。口語好
回答：I am a programmer,as you know, programming needs highly-concentrated attention, so it's easy for me to be focused at work. Besides, I learned english at an early age, so my spoken english is enough to communicate with foreigh people. Also, I know I need to learn a lot of new knowledge in this new job, but it's ok for me to learn things quickly. Work is not the most importment thing in life. When I work, I always take initiative, if I find there's something wrong and I still can't handle it, I will report to my superior.
3. What are your weaknesses?
思路：有些人說要把缺點說成優點，我覺得這不真誠。不如真實地告訴他你的性格和擅長的事，對方也可以更好地評估你。畢竟找一份合適自己的工作才是最重要的。不是特別強勢的人，在人群中有一些害羞，但是討論工作事務是OK的。
回答：I'm not particularly strong person, so sometimes I am a little shy when I am in lively crowd. But it's ok to talk to work things.
4. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
思路：聊聊工作上的願景。
回答：After five years of improving my skills, If I love doing the research and development as now, I would be en expert in Oracle. If I'm lucky and concentrated enouch, I can lead a small team.
5. Why you want to work at Bosch?
思路：看中員工的培養、專業相關、有挑戰性。
回答：I know Bosch is a large German company which providing good employee training so i want to work with it. What's more, my major fits the job requirements as well. I think I can do challenging work here.
7.Do you have any questions for me/us?
思路：問你最關心的。工作的日常一天？出差的頻率？希望兩個月有一次回長沙的機會？發展前景如何？
回答：
*1.What is the typical day for this position (job)?(了解工作職能)
*2.I can fit the bussiness trip outside. But in the first year, can I have the opportunity to return Changsha about every two months?
*3.How is the frequency of business trip?
4.I want to know more about the prospects of this job.
8. Why do you want to stay at Changsha?
思路：長沙博世肯定不希望自己的員工去了蘇州就不回來了。我自己本來就希望可以在長沙工作，雖然我家不在這邊，但是這里有我很親近的人。所以這不是問題
回答：I know maybe you will be confused why I choose to work at Changsha since my hometown is in Jiangsu Province. Althought I am not a native speaker in Changsha, I have many good friends here. If I choose to go back home, I should return home immediately rather than stay at Changsha after I graduated, right ? So this is my decision to stay at Changsha for quite a long time.
