在根目錄下的eclipse.ini文件中添加"-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8"，
作用：防止中文亂碼問題

提高自動完成的能力
菜單欄Window->Preferences->左上角輸入content Assist->Auto activation triggers for**：填".@ \=abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ(,"
作用：鍵入上述任意一個字符，將出發自動提示功能。
4. 修改編碼
Window->Preferences->General->Editors->Text Editors->Spelling
Encoding 建議選擇UTF-8
Window->Preferences->General->Workspace
Text file encoding建議選擇UTF-8
因為我最近在搞Python，所以我還要裝一個PyDev，具體看這里：http://www.cnblogs.com/Chary/p/No000076.html
同時，再加一個Eclipse的環境下瀏覽本地文件系統的插件：StartExplorer
【補充： 來如風 說“ startExplorer 在最新版的eclipse里已經有類似功能了，show-in >>> system explorer”，測試了一下，確實可以，感謝！！
】
Eclipse在線安裝地址：http://basti1302.github.com/startexplorer/update/
它功能非常實用：
1、將當前文件在Windows Explorer中打開。(Windows only)
2、用系統默認程序打開當前文件。
3、打開cmd.exe並定位到當前文件的目錄。(Windows only)
4、復制當前文件路徑到剪貼板。
5、其它自定義命令。
而且，以上功能全部支持自定義快捷鍵。
為了方便，我自己導出了配置文件，

用其中的文件覆蓋eclipse根目錄，同時File->Import->General->Preferences導入File-Import-General-Preferences.epf配置，然后重啟就ok了。
