This is a bank IT projects implementation, the main scope is to integrate all corporate customer information in order to provide customers with better service, achieve precision marketing strategy and better information capture.
My role in this assignment is project manager.
Throughout the project cycle, I am responsible for the development of the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planning schedule. Communicate with customers and project team members to ensure project is being delivered timely and in compliance to the expectation of client.
At the same time, I am also responsible for the project budget and the deployment of resources.
