java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: 無效數字

String hql="from Customer t where t.telephone='"+tel+"'";//可以  
String hql="from Customer t where t.telephone="+tel;//報錯

 查原因：估計是oracle會將變化一下where to_numer( t.telephone)。

所以出現以上錯誤，轉化一下試試
