在VS2015中使用Cordova + typescript開發中，遇到個問題.
在javascript console 中提示：
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
解決的辦法：
將工程的config.xml 拷貝到www目錄下，就可以解決。
