TNS-01189: The listener could not authenticate the user

查看監聽時，發現監聽狀態異常，報TNS-01189: The listener could not authenticate the user錯誤

原因，本機器是克隆而來，修改了ip地址之后，沒有修改對應的hosts文件

修改方法：

修改host配置

# more /etc/hosts
10.11.12.190    testdb
127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1         localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
