C#: 旋轉圖片到正確位置

當從iPhone等手機上傳圖片到服務器后，通常需要進行旋轉處理，否則在進行圖片壓縮、縮放處理后會丟失正確的位置信息，導致顯示的圖片不處於正確的位置上。

處理的做法就是讀取照片的Exif信息，並旋轉到正確位置。代碼如下：
