部署時，出現用戶代碼未處理 System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException 錯誤解決方法

在調用RSA加密的.pfx密鑰時，在本地調試沒有問題，可以布署到服務器，就會報以下的錯誤：

處理方法：

IIS 應用程序池--選中你網站的所配置的應用程序池--右鍵 選擇 “高級配置” --將“加載用戶配置文件” 設置為True 。問題解決
