問題：突然發現ArcSde服務無法啟動，“ArcSde服務啟動后又停止，......”
環境：Win7+ArcSDE10 +Oracle11g
由於本人使用ArcSde時間不長，基本沒有遇到過什么問題，之前有發現arcgis桌面無法啟動，安裝補丁sp1后正常了，所以這次第一反應就是安裝補丁sp1，但安裝補丁后還是無效，於是問度娘，幾經周折，問題已解決，在此總結下此類問題方法。
日志
謹記一點，以后出現問題先看日志，日志可以說明出現問題的原因，sde有兩個log文件，分別是giomgr_esri_sde.log和sde_esri_sde.log
問題一：密碼過期
解決辦法：在PLSQL Developer中修改密碼
問題二：安裝補丁sp1后無法啟動

解決方法：需要升級系統表，在arcmap中采用oracle直連，然后打開GP工具 Update Geodatabase 運行
執行成功后，再次啟動SDE服務，正常！
