WebApi 返回小駝峰式 json 格式，並格式化日期

  屏蔽默認返回xml格式：Global文件加：GlobalConfiguration.Configuration.Formatters.XmlFormatter.SupportedMediaTypes.Clear(); 

 

 

在 WebApiConfig 類中增加方法ConfigureApi，並在 Register 方法最后調用一下    ConfigureApi(config);    

增加一個實現IContentNegotiator 接口的類 JsonContentNegotiator
