解決方案：

要在服務器上版本庫的hooks文件夾下建立pre-revprop-change鈎子，簡單處理的話：
如果服務器是windows系統，那么就增加一個pre-revprop-change.bat的空文件；
如果是linux服務器，那么就把pre-revprop-change.tmpl這個鈎子里的內容清空。
