SYMPTOMS

Toad depend on [Variable: KEY_OraDb11g_home1] connection the EBS R12.1.x show Error message:
ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
SOLUTION
================================================
1. Create a new regedit file “ORACLE_NLS_LANG.reg”
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_OraDb11g_home1]
"NLS_LANG"="SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK"
2. Double Clicking the file “ORACLE_NLS_LANG.reg” to regedit.
