其實很簡單就是以管理員權限來編輯即可
解決步驟(參考自

Start → All Programs → Accessories → right-click "Notepad" → Run as administrator → Modify hosts file appropriately → Save
實際上不管使用任何編輯器如果以
administrator身份運行都可以保存成功,下面我使用sublimet來保存
以上方法適用於Windows 7+,Windows Server2008+版本
