在w3cschool里面對這塊有些介紹，但沒辦法直接用，有問題。
淡藍這里只介紹xampp集成安裝的情況，其實都是一樣的，自己再去下載一個sendmail也可以，這邊xampp已經下載好了
修改一下配置，一共2個配置文件。
在xampp安裝目錄下
php/php.ini

主要改這三個配置，這邊淡藍用的是163的smtp服務器，sendmail_path 等於指定一個用來發送郵件的客戶端，這里xampp集成了sendmail，也在安裝目錄下

然后修改sendmail目錄下的sendmail.ini
