1. 安裝setuptools
wget https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py -O - | sudo python
2. 安裝networkx
pip install networkx(在root權限下安裝,否則報錯,但我在安裝時出現一些警告信息)
3. 安裝numpy和matplotlib(支持networkx繪圖)
sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib ipython ipython-notebook python-pandas python-sympy python-nose
4. 使用networkx
4.1新建graph.py (任意名字)

4.2 執行graph.py
sudo python graph.py
