軟退回是指當對方郵箱已經滿了，或者郵件服務器出現技術等問題，或網絡出現問題，導致發送失敗，一般這種不是郵箱的問題。
軟退回的錯誤代碼主要有三種：

2.mailbox is full
3.retry timeout exceeded
硬退回則主要是指郵件地址已經不存在，無法將郵件內容發送到對應的郵箱中。比如域名不存在過期了，或者用戶的郵件地址打錯地址，這些都會造成硬退回。

12.The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
