原因是連接不到中央倉庫.導致報錯.在setting中添加

<id>uk.maven.org</id>
<mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
<name>UK Central</name>
<url>http://uk.maven.org/maven2</url>
</mirror>
設置鏡像.屏蔽中央倉庫地址,替換成
http://uk.maven.org/maven2
