ERROR: could not load library "D:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.3/lib/postgis-2.1.dll": Invalid access to memory location.
這個錯誤，參照：http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/2476
原因可能是這個表跟postgis有關系，里面一個字段是使用函數產生的；
這里提示說，重啟下服務，就奇跡般的沒有這個問題了；。。。。
