在linux 中安裝Oracle 11G 的時辰呈現
[INS-20802] Oracle Net Configuration Assistant failed
是oracle數據庫的鼓掌，須要補丁p8670579_112010_LINUX
解決辦法：
1. Oracle帳號操縱，上傳補丁到/u01下，解壓。（在oracle用戶可能沒權限轉移，用root轉移）
[oracle＠dbserver u01]￥ cd 8670579/
[oracle＠dbserver 8670579]￥ ls
etc files README.txt

打補丁要重視下，選擇Optch目次一般在ORACLE_HOME 目次下（下面再次切換oracle用戶，免得提示不可）
