【原創】c# Winform 使用 web 的UrlEncode/UrlDecode 方法

1、先 右鍵引用，添加 System.Web 數據集

2、語句如下

string s= System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlEncode("123", System.Text.Encoding.Unicode); //編碼
string b = System.Web.HttpUtility.UrlDecode(s, System.Text.Encoding.Unicode);  //解碼
