首先我采用一個.Net Frame 清理工具還是不可以，后來我 我用命令
msiexec /regserver注冊一下就可以了，要是不行的話，
可以先卸載,用命令：msiexec /unregserver,然后再用msiexec /regserver
注冊下就可以了。
