sqlserver 查找某個字符在字符串中第N次出現的位置

例如：
查找'A,' 在'A,B,C,D,A,B,C,D,C,D,B,A,C,E,'中第二次出現的位置
怎么實現,SQL 中有這樣的函數嗎？
