PHP版微信公共平台消息主動推送,突破訂閱號一天只能發送一條信息限制

微信公共平台消息主動推送接口一直是騰訊的私用接口，相信很多朋友都非常想要用到這個功能。

通過學習借鑒朋友的實現方法進行整理，實現了PHP版的微信公共平台消息主動推送。

此方法是通過模擬登錄微信公共平台的方法來實現的。
