taglib的uri問題

最開始我在代碼中看到這樣的代碼（運行正常）：

<%@ taglib prefix="fn" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/functions"%>

但是我記得在web.xml中沒有配置啊，如下：

后來我在workspace search了一下，在fn.tld中發現了這么一句：

<description>JSTL 1.1 functions library</description>
  <display-name>JSTL functions</display-name>
  <tlib-version>1.1</tlib-version>
  <short-name>fn</short-name>
  <uri>http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/functions</uri>

我只想說四個字，原來如此。。。。。
