解決方案：
1、進入/etc/yum.repos.d/目錄。
在命令行輸入：wget http://docs.linuxtone.org/soft/lemp/CentOS-Base.repo
2、ls 一下，會看到一個文件名為CentOS-Base.repo的文件。
3、將原來的文件rhel-debuginfo.repo改名為rhel-debuginfo.repo.bak
4、將CentOS-Base.repo改名為rhel-debuginfo.repo這時
這時再運行yum install libtool
