剛裝上的oracle9i,上次還能用呢,這次突然用不了.
[oracle@R39i oracle]$ sqlplus scott/tiger

呵呵，原來監聽已經啟動了.

數據庫就可以用了。
總結，
1,數據庫沒有打開時，其它用戶是聯不上的。
2,如果用sys也打不開數據庫，則可能是壞境變量的事了。
可用下面的方法來檢查,看是否和你預想的一樣。
