grub與grub2 的的區別

grub 2 是什么意思？第二代，從哪里下載？和之前的有什么區別？

 

grub和grub 2 的區別在於 版本號不同，grub是指 grub1.97 和以前的，grub 2 指的是 grub1.98和以后的，現在已經發布grub2.00 了。一般還是把grub2 稱作grub。

grub2 下載地址：

 注意，目前我所知道的grub 2 一般用於linux下，windows下繼續使用古董 grub4dos0.4.4 頂多使用chenall網友修改的 0.4.5 0.4.6。grub4dos應該是從grub1.97修改到windows下的。

 grub與grub2 的一個重要區別在於 配置文件，一個是menu.lst 一個是grub.cfg 兩種后綴代表兩種配置文件的語法。grub 2 支持多模塊化，不在簡簡單單的是grub legacy的單個文件了，配置腳本強大化了。
