問題描述：

The provider is not compatible with the version of Oracle client

解決方案：

本  機：D:\ORACLE\product\11.2.0\client_1\odp.net\bin\4\Oracle.DataAccess.dll 的版本為4.112.3.0

服務器  D:\ORACLE\product\11.2.0\client_1\odp.net\bin\4\Oracle.DataAccess.dll 的版本為4.112.2.40

 

造成此問題的原因為本機的Oracle.DataAccess.dll版本與服務器的版本不匹配
