共兩方解決方法：

1.定位到%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\Packages\ReportViewer\ReportViewer.exe目錄下，安裝下這個，注冊版本是否一致.如果不是則再去下載個一致的版本。

2.引用對應版本的Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForm.dll文件
