從http://www.asp.net下載一個DEMO，結果編譯的時候報：

You can also give consent by setting the environment variable 'EnableNuGetPackageRestore' to 'true'. HelloWebAPI
問題:是由於包含的程序包不全導致。
解決辦法：VS2012-工具-選項-包管理器-程序-允許NuGet在生成期間下載缺少的程序包
這樣就可以編譯通過，但缺少的DLL 你還是得用NuGet重新下載下，才可以。
