關於Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005的解決辦法

Windows 64Bit

1. 運行 mmc -32

2. 如果沒有Component Service節點請手動添加Component Service snap-in

Windows 32Bit/64Bit

3. 依次打開 Component Service -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM config

4. 在打開的列表中找到Microsoft Word Document(或者Microsoft Word 97 - 2003 Document), 右鍵點擊，在彈出的菜單中點擊“Properties”

5. 選擇Security標簽, 設置 Launch and Activation Permissions, 選擇Customize, 點擊"Edit"按鈕, 在打開的窗口中賦予相應在用戶的權限
