原來出現這個錯誤原因（httpd.exe: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 192.168.1.xx for ServerName）是因為DNS沒配置好. 如果不想配置DNS, 就在httpd.conf , 在最前加入 ServerName localhost:80 即可
其實這個問題，解決的方法就是補充中的一句話，修改httpd.conf中的ServerName IP:port與Listen IP:端口一致就OK了。
