嘗試一下：
1.重新開一個應用程序池，然后為這個目錄單獨指定這個池
2.訪問權限的設置問題
3.重新裝iis,再裝framework

我是第二個導致的，所以把虛擬目錄指向的文件夾的權限添加以下就OK了。

ASP.NET
IIs_WPG
Internet來賓帳戶
System
而且ASP.NET權限要設置為 write & read.
設置后,一切運行正常。

 

嫌麻煩，直接設置成一個everyone用戶就OK了。
