一、下载到自己工作空间使用
sudo apt-get install libgps-dev
cd catkin_ws/src
git clone https://github.com/swri-robotics/gps_umd.git
cd ..
catkin_make
二、安装到系统目录
sudo apt install ros-melodic-gps-umdgps_common包的安装
