首先，自己注册一个Copyright Clearance Center账号 ,  Creating Solutions Together | CCC (copyright.com)

1. 简单粗暴的方式，直接进入以下的链接，在搜索窗口里输入论文的DOI或者ISSN

https://marketplace.copyright.com/rs-ui-web/mp，

出现以下的情况，点击右下角的Request pernission进行版权申请的信息填写
