springboot建立web应用程序的坑（tomcat-embed-core）

这里踩了一个大坑，因为spring-boot-starter-web这个jar包中已经有tomcat了，所以有一定的机率 导致创建web项目失败，

所以要做一件事，就是把tomcat排除

其中红色的部门就是排除tomcat的代码，希望各位同僚避免踩坑！！！！！
