scp 是 secure copy 的缩写，在windows和linux或Unix系统之间互传文件。
1.在windows下使用
先到win10应用商店安装windows terminal。

2.在Linux下使用
scp administrator@192.168.3.181:/d:/test/test.dat /root
请注意：
因为windows系统本身不支持ssh协议，所以，要想在Linux上面用scp命令往windows传送文件，必须在windows客户端安装ssh for windows的客户端软件，比如winsshd，使windows系统支持ssh协议才行。
