使用临时的阿里源安装某个包，如装个requests请求包
pip install -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ requests
在ubuntu系统中，pip源设置是在~/.pip/pip.conf文件中，在该文件中加入以下内容

timeout = 6000
index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple
trusted-host = pypi.douban.com
