原因：工程选项配置错误
project>>option>>Debugger>>Download>>
$TOOLKIT_DIR$\config\flashloader\ST\FlashSTM32F446xE.board
该文件与工程所使用的IC不相符。
解决：使用默认配置，不选择特定文件
