这不是我第一次遇到这个问题了，记录一下以备下次遇到：
我输入的命令是：pip install -U scikit-image -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'imageio'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
在命令中加入--ignore-installed即可跳过imageio，输入pip install -U scikit-image --ignore-installed imageio -i https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ 后成功地完成install
最后使用了import试了一下：
