使用Python在Windows 10上显示通知信息

此功能的实现主要使用 python 第三方库 win10toast

1. 安装win10toast 

pip install win10toast

from win10toast import ToastNotifier
toast = ToastNotifier()
toast.show_toast(title="This is a title", msg="This is a message",
