第一步：
在终端输入spyder return，若有错误提示，且为ValueError: PyCapsule_GetPointer called with incorrect name，则执行pip uninstall pyqt5，再执行pip install PyQt5==5.11.3 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/，我的成功打开。若无错误提示，看第二步。
第二步：
再在cmd终端输入spyder --reset，若有错误，查看错误提示，若无，重启看是否能够打开。
