解决办法一：jvm加入参数，  通过设置首选协议及最高支持协议

 -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2 -Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1

 

解决办法二：设置默认的ssl协议
